Horrible people to deal with liars. Sent me a faulty treadmill and refusing to refund me. Finally was collected by manufacturer still no refund. They lie about me having altered treadmill. Then state they haven't received it.
They don't answer phone and hardly entertain emails. They robbing me of a lot of money. I warn others don't ever use these cowboys.

No calls or emails are answered. They will take your money. I bought a treadmill, 3 months later it has broken, cannot get replacement parts, or any sensible response. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Second order and second delivery on time and complete.

Despite my better judgement and the many negative reviews online, I decided to make a purchase through Fitness Superstore. To my surprise, not only did the items arrive in perfect condition and superb packaging, they arrived much earlier than anticipated (took 3 days to arrive, I paid for 1 week delivery). I can't speak for others but based off of my experience I definitely recommend this website.

Ordered a 7 foot bar which was said to be in stock (7th April 2021)Then the next day I had an email asking for mailing costs (£4.95)Not ever had this anywhere paying for postage a day after I ordered....what’s all that about?When I ordered it suggested mailing was freeI paid it as I wanted the bar quickly and said that to them...”please send ASAP”Waited two weeks after sending several emails to be told they would re send it but it was not available until AugustIt seems to me they did not have it in stock but didn’t tell me until I had badgered them with several emailsPathetic communication to customerAlso I was refunded quickly but no sign of an apologyVery poor

Great bike. Fits well in our small maisonette. Not too much trouble to assemble.The seat is a little hard. Rides smooth.

Bought a treadmill from Fitness Superstore in January 2018. Salesperson was knowledgeable; treadmill arrived quickly. Was good value for money.In September 2020 it broke. Within a month, a technician had come round to diagnose the problem. Then become difficult. Sent at least a several emails, and phoned several times, sometimes getting a response, sometimes not. In early December, they claimed to have the parts in stock and charged my credit card. Two months on, nothing, and no replies to calls or emails. I ended up getting the credit card company to cancel the charge. Appalling service.So buy from here, but with your eyes open: you'll get a good product at a reasonable price -- but then you're on your own.


Delivery was quick, assembly was ok but the end product wasn’t great for the price. I’ve had an issue with the bike seat since purchase and have emailed numerous times as well as called. Neither have been answered or acknowledged. Terrible customer service!!

i have bought a spin bike from this shop. After about 6 weeks, the pedal clong then it wasn't straight, so it took it off and it would not go back in correctly. i have sent a request on the 10th Feb for spare crank arm as it is the crank arm thread that is damage and not the pedal, knowing they would say it was not they responsibility and i am still waiting to hear back. Bad customer services. i will not use this company again. i rather pay a bit more and have good customer service

I ordered an Olympic bar for my son for his Birthday and paid for Express delivery to get it there on time. Delivery company said they couldnt find the address (but didnt bother to call for directions on the number they were given). Called FS first thing in the morning and they said they had emailed the delivery company with directions, contact numbers and instructions to redeliver urgently. 4 days later still no delivery. I called FS again - the phone just rings out. I have e-mailed twice - no reply. Extremely poor customer service. No sign of my goods.
Not impressed in the least. I would suggest looking elsewhere

Ages to get through, some rubbish products, lousy staff service don't do as promised, don't listen properly, hopeless deliver time, no call backs as promised, in the end we bought elsewhere,
